Important: This Navigator does not replace the Project Implementation Manual or official instructions from the Programme bodies. The PIM is available on the Programme website in the section Programme → Documents.
If a beneficiary cannot find the answer in the PIM, does not understand how a rule applies to their specific case, or faces a situation not clearly covered by the Manual, they should contact the Joint Secretariat before taking action.

Public Procurement Checklists for Bulgarian Beneficiaries
For the convenience of beneficiaries under the Programme and to help prevent errors during the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures, the Programme provides the checklists used during the procurement control process.
These documents are provided for information purposes only and may serve as a practical self-assessment tool when preparing and implementing procurement procedures. They help beneficiaries follow the main requirements and reduce the risk of errors and financial corrections.
